115 Glen Street is an example of Ornstein Development's commitment to working with local government and the community to provide pathways to enable the revitalization of Long Island's downtowns.  OrnDev is proposing to develop an underutilized parcel that has been owned by a local family business for generations, to build middle-market rental apartments.  Housing 29 apartments with a mix of studios, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms, 115 Glen will be a shining new addition to the City’s downtown, providing housing opportunities for young people as well as empty-nesters seeking a maintenance free life-style. The Vineyards Villages at Coram is the latest in the unmatched portfolio of Vineyards 55+ communities.
